We are an Accredited Training Organisation in the PRINCE2 project management methodology so can offer your staff on-site training in the PRINCE2 Foundation and / or PRINCE2 Practitioner qualifications.

If the qualification is not required or you are already qualified and have difficulties in applying the PRINCE2 project management methodology; then we can offer effective practical training incorporating a case study enabling you to follow the project lifecycle from start to finish. This training will provide you with confidence to lead project management planning workshops and understand and apply project management and project risk management techniques in a practical manner. You will understand project management techniques such as work breakdown structures, critical path analysis and effective project risk management.

If you qualified on the 2005 version of PRINCE2 and need to get up to speed with PRINCE2 2009 then we can offer a conversion course to clarify the revised PRINCE2 processes, themes and underlying principles.
